Marta Bravo Garcia, of legal age, self-employed worker with Spanish DNI 51417228S on behalf of Northdiving Lanzarote (hereinafter “we”, “Northdivng Lanarote”, or NDL), with fiscal domicile for these purposes at Calle La Garita N° 33 Lanzarote, Spain with postal code 35542 and whose email is info+politicas@northdivingglanzarote.com.
On behalf of the company, we process the information you provide us with in order to provide the requested service and bill it. The data provided will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or during the years necessary to comply with legal obligations. The data will not be transferred to third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation. You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether Northdiving Lanzarote is treating your personal data, therefore you have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data or request its deletion when the data is no longer necessary.
In turn, the data controller enables Claudia Patricia Brasca NIE Y5256291T as data controller, who has signed the due confidentiality agreement.
Treatment of your personal data
The data we collect is: Names, surnames, date of birth, postal address, country of residence, email, ID or passport, telephone, name and telephone number of a family member or friend as an emergency contact, amount of ballast weight used in the dives of your last visit, number of dives made, your health record, copy of your medical certificate that authorizes you to dive, copy of your diving credentials, policy and expiration date of your diving insurance, place and date range of your accommodation during your stay, dates of flights to and from Lanzarote, visited dive sites, maximum depth recorded by the group guide in each dive made, elapsed time of each dive recorded by the guide of each dive made, water temperature on each dive made and dive equipment rented.
Your data will be collected only for the following purposes:
Names, surnames and email: To send you our newsletter (only with your express consent) from which you can unsubscribe at any time by sending us an email to info+baja@northdivinglanzarote.com. To respond to messages received from the contact forms on our website.
Names, surnames, email, your health record, copy of your medical certificate that authorizes you to dive, copy of your diving credentials, policy and expiration date of your diving insurance: To comply with Spanish law regarding the data required of divers necessary to carry out any activity related to diving. To process credentials and experiences of courses and/or PADI or EFR programs.
The rest of the data: In the event that you expressly request it, to help you find accommodation or rent a vehicle for your stay in Lanzarote.
To contract an AQUAMED or DAN diving sports insurance required to dive in Spanish territory.
So you can have your dive history and equipment on your next visits.
All data, in any case that the authorities require it; such as if an accident needs to be reported.
If you are under 16 years of age, you must have the authorization of your parents or legal guardians to deliver your personal data. We do not have a way to effectively check the age of the people until they are present in the business to obtain the service, being exempt from any responsibility if the user does not comply with what is indicated here.

We keep your personal information referring to the activities you carry out with us, as required by Spanish law and for at least seven (7) years counting from the last commercial transaction according to the current regulation of the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (www.padi. com) if you take a course.
